Matters Arising
Fund raising
Those who attended the Gospel night had a very good night indeed. Takings were £425.50, some 60 tickets being sold, when the expenses are deducted it is expected that the surplus will be of the order of £90, which will be split between the Hall and the Church.
Old Hall
The sink has now been replaced; a meeting with TDC about the complaint had taken place and TDC left satisfied. Locking up the kitchen was discussed as items are being left in there: before that could be done the mains water stopcock would have to be moved, M Timney will look at this. The replacement of the heaters is complete.
The Big Lottery Fund
The Big Lottery Fund have contacted us and asked for some information and explanation of our figures. These are now ready to send back to the BLF people who are seeking a detailed discussion with us. M Timney will make the necessary arrangements.
TDC have replied to our overtures on changing the roof. Their response is that we can put in another application, free of charge if it is done by the 4th Aplril 2007. Changing the roof was again discussed and, as it is not yet necessary for the funding issue, we would leave it as it now stands and accept that if we need to change it we would bear the additional cost of a new application. However it was also agreed that J Forward would write to Trewens to see if they would be willing to prepare drawings for the more traditional roof structure and if so what costs would be incurred.
S106
The saga continues but we now believe that, having talked to both the solicitors progress should now take place.
Old Hall
The issue of registering the Title of the Old Hall was discussed and agreed that this should not be started until the issue of the S106 has been resolved. It was agreed that we should seek the services of another Solicitor when the Title registering is being pursued, M Timney to make contact with another Solicitor who has already offered services to us if they are needed to see if he would deal.
Hall Visits
Visits to other halls are ongoing and progressing satisfactorily. It is hoped that at the next meeting a paper can be produced for discussion covering 4 halls.

Future Fundraising
I Buxton said that he now had a list of people to talk to about help on organising events and that he would propose that we have events on 30th June, 1st September and 1st December. These would try to involve the whole Parish in activities on the green and in the hall; details would be made available later. This was agreed and the Hall booked.
