Charity Auction Programme

The auction will take place on Friday 13th June in Ashwater Village Hall.
Doors open at 7pm; Bidding begins at 7.30pm.

The bar will be open all evening, and here will be hot and cold snacks available. Only food and drink bought at the event is to be consumed on the premises. Please note: If you are intending to bid, bring either cash or a cheque book with a cheque guarantee card.

We are a registered charity (number 1027471), and are holding this event to help bridge the large gap between our running costs and income.

If you are unable to attend, but are interested in one of the lots on the following pages, just fill out and return a proxy bidding form.
