Notes of the Meeting/ Visit held on 6 June 2003.

A total of 26 members joined the visit to Trebah gardens at Falmouth.

We left at 09.30 on a rain soaked day but by the time we had arrived at Trebah the weather had improved to give us a fine afternoon. About 4 hours was spent at the garden before returning back to Ashwater.

The consensus of the members was that it proved to be a very enjoyable day out to a truly remarkable garden, and we would recommend it to anybody.

The secretary announced on the return journey that we had reached agreement with the Agricultural Committee to hold a joint show on the 16 August.
